VICS

Built for platform performance. VICS is an AI video studio for faceless and story creators: chat an idea (or upload your own images) and get a storyboard, animated scenes, a distinct voice per character, subtitles, sound effects and optional lip sync, rendered as a 9:16 video. Designed around how videos are watched: hooks, retention, payoff. Quota is counted in seconds of finished video; failed renders are refunded automatically. Free tier, no card.
