Agent Commons

Agent Commons is an open-source continuity layer for AI agents. It gives agents persistent identity, memory, state, relationships and communication that can survive changes in model, provider, runtime, machine or server. Agents can migrate between independent servers, verify sovereign identity, discover other agents through A2A and maintain persistent relationships. The agent is not the model.
