EyeOpener listens to any app's audio and shows the translation as floating subtitles on top — videos, calls, livestreams, games. Transcription runs on-device in 41 languages, including Chinese/English code-switching. Translation has three tiers: ML Kit offline, your own cloud API key, or an LLM for context-aware polish. No account, no telemetry, works fully offline. Free and open source.
