OpenVitals turns your Google Health data into ~60 MCP tools any AI can use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cline. Ask how did I sleep this week vs last? or am I hitting my protein target? and get answers from your real heart, sleep, activity, glucose, nutrition and workout data. It's self-hosted: read-only Google scopes via your own free OAuth client, everything in a local SQLite file, nothing uploaded anywhere. Runs on a spare laptop or a Pi.
