Proximatic

Proximatic is AI shift scheduling for event crews and volunteers. Turn an event brief into roles, shifts and a roster using approved people, availability and scheduling rules. Review coverage before publishing; manage public signups, QR check-in and recorded hours together. Pro staffing collects availability by email and coordinates agreed shift swaps. Core tools are free. One AI event per organization each UTC month is included; the next 8 cost $2 each. Pro is $16/month per organization.
